Senapati, the Naga inhabited district in Manipur wore a festive look Wednesday to welcome NSCN (IM) general secretary Thuingaleng Muivah. Crowds of men and women, young and old came to have a glimpse of the 91-year-old Muivah, the face of the Naga resistance movement. Muivah delivered a brief address where he called on the Nagas to not forget their history. Naga tribes from not only Senapati but adjoining districts had come to attend the civic reception.
