The best cartoons of the week, chosen by the editors at ThePrint.

Brian Adcock | The Independent

The selected cartoons appeared first in other publications, either in print or online, or on social media, and are credited appropriately.

In today’s featured cartoon, Brian Adcock takes a dig at the US-Iran tensions as well as UK’s Prince Harry taking a step back from his royal duties. Adcock depicts Queen Elizabeth trying to beat some sense into her grandson Harry when his wife Meghan Markle calls, while US President Donald Trump and Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Khamenei wait outside the door as another couple in dire need of ‘crisis management’.

Morten Morland | The Sunday Times

Morland draws a parallel between Harry and his uncle Prince Andrew, who also stepped back from royal duties due to the controversy over his links to sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Chris Riddell | Twitter

With President Trump’s impeachment hearings coming up, Riddell illustrates Republicans discussing how acquitting Trump would have been easier if he wasn’t ‘so guilty’.

Kevin Siers | Charlotte Observer

Siers depicts the heated exchange between Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders wherein she accused him of calling her a liar on national TV. This was despite progressive Democrats calling for a truce in order to defeat US President Trump in the upcoming elections.

Paollo Calleri | Twitter

Calleri puts the spotlight on Russian President Vladimir Putin’s lack of reaction after Prime Minister Dimitry Medvedev’s unexplained resignation.

Adam Zyglis | The Buffalo News

Zyglis depicts the Earth as a ticking time bomb, in light of the Australian bushfires.
