New Delhi, Oct 3 (PTI) The eighth North-East Students’ Festival (NESt.) began at the Talkatora Indoor Stadium here on Friday, bringing together thousands of students, policymakers and artists for a two-day celebration of culture, youth empowerment and sustainability.
