Thane, Feb 23 (PTI) Two labourers were killed and one person was injured after soil caved in at a construction site in Naupada in Thane district on Thursday, a civic official said.
The incident took place in B Cabin locality at 8:15pm, said Thane Municipal Corporation regional disaster management cell chief Avinash Sawant.
“The three labourers were rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors declared two of them dead on arrival. Their identity is being verified,” he said.
