Whether it’s the invention of sword, or gun or atom bomb or missiles or now artificial intelligence, each time the world has become a more dangerous place for all living beings of the earth. Every technology has two sides. There would be ISIS type ideology that will use the technology to harm the humanity. Technology may simplify or even eliminate some work, increase life expectancy, and give you physical comforts but it can’t make you feel more happy. Each of us may ask ourselves: Are we more happy today than we were 50 years back in life.? Change is the permanent rule of the nature. AI should be viewed just like any other change of the past. AI will make us less humans as other technologies has done. But it can’t be stopped as it’s happening as part of the nature. However, you can make projections of life hence few hundred years in future. Science may uncover the secret of life and humans may become immortal like stones.
Really appreciate the hard work you have done on the research. The more we localise these messages is important, as” juggad” won’t work any more ,but I have a question the new ai technology should be available to n affordable at this scenario as people don’t have such economic facilitys to afford one. Only 10% of India’s population is rich.
Agreed. Virtually India is having two parts and as a link between the two is the third part. The first part is that of effluent group who have abundant business opportunity in the country itself and the second is that of the extremely poor, illiterate and non productive people. They are the vote bank for whom the Political Gurus brings social scheme at cost of development of the country. The third one play vital role to provide business opportunities. That’s why we see a part as developed, developing and also under developed type of country. An unique combination at mercy of Bhagwan .
Even in my eldest dreams, I cannot imagine Bharat being a developed country. Ours will remain a third class 2 penny poverty loving socialist country.
