BERN (Reuters) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy wants China to take part in a global peace conference to resolve the conflict with Russia, he told a press conference on Monday.

“We are open to all countries that respect our sovereignty and territorial integrity at the peace summit,” Zelenskiy told a press conference in Bern.

Switzerland will host the event, Swiss president Viola Amherd said, with planning starting on Tuesday.
