Section 377 of Chapter XVI in the Indian Penal Code states: “Whoever voluntarily has carnal intercourse against the order of nature with any man, woman or animal, shall be punished with imprisonment for life, or with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to 10 years, and shall also be liable to fine.” This British law dates back to 1861 and criminalises sexual activities against the order of nature and the ambit of this law extends to any sexual union involving penile insertion.
Mr. Saurabh Kirpal is a very nice human being and an excellent lawyer. He knows how to present his case and argues with utmost humility. I have learnt a lot from him. I hope he becomes a Judge soon and serve the bench as well.
SAURABH KIRPAL IS A FINEST HUMAN BEING.
BEING A SON OF THE FORMER CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIA LATE JUSTICE B.N.KIRPAL, SAURABH IS A TRAINED LAWYER.
HAVING SUCCESSFULLY FOUGHT FOR THE FELLOW LGBT RIGHTS IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA, THAT MAKES HIM A GREAT MAN AS WELL.
THUS THESE QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS MAKE SAURABH EMINENTLY QUALIFIED TO BE APPOINTED AS A JUDGE OF THE HIGH COURT.
HIS NON CONSIDERATION BY THE SUPREME COURT COLLEGIUM FOR LAST THREE TIMES REFLECTS POORLY ON THE PARAMETERS OF THE DECISION MAKING PROCESS OF THE SUPREME COURT COLLEGIUM.
FOR THE INDIAN JUDICIARY THE CONFIRMATION OF THE APPOINTMENT OF SAURABH KIRPAL WHICH IT IS HOPED WILL HAPPEN SOON, WILL ENHANCE THE STATURE OF THE INDIAN JUDICIARY.
THE APPOINTMENT OF SAURABH KIRPAL AS A JUDGE OF THE DELHI HIGH COURT WILL BE CELEBRATED ACROSS THE COUNTRY AS A MARK OF THE MATURITY OF THE INDIAN SOCIETY AS WELL AS MARK THE LIBERATION OF INDIAN JUDICIARY FROM ITS COLONIAL MINDSET.

This fellow is suffering from persecution complex and delusions of grandeur. Who has told him that he is fit to be a judge? His consent doesn’t mean he is guaranteed to make to the Bench.
If this is true,it is not surprising. With a conservative attitude and with fixed mindsets of judges of the Supreme Court and India, progressive thinking will always be looked as an enemy.
