The presence of spermatozoa can be found in vagina upto 9 days and in cervix upto 12 days. How then the autopsy ascertain the veracity of the police claim that no rape was committed.It is reported that the victim has in her dying statement has confirmed the rape incidence. The UP police have botched up the entire episode.
