Five years after Modi govt signed the framework agreement, there is no sign of a final accord in Nagaland even as NSCN-IM has understood governor RN Ravi’s larger game plan.
The NSCN (I-M) statement came a day after peace talks resumed between the Nagas and the Modi government following a nine-month pause, reportedly without Governor Ravi.
