Modi government decided there will be no Question Hour this monsoon session as a part of the changes implemented due to Covid. But MPs say this robs them of their inherent right.

If holding a session is just formality,why call for Parliament session, just use Door Darshan, and PM and his colleagues 15 minutes to deliver speech, allow their MP to clap and make opposition mere listeners. If government is allowed to hold this session without question hour, they would make this as precedent.
