The hospital presented a contradicting stand, saying there was a link between oxygen supply and the deaths as no oxygen was supplied to them for 30 hours despite several alerts.
The judge gave the DCP the last opportunity to file the status report in the case involving the alleged deaths of Covid patients due to oxygen shortage at the hospital in April.
