Let Rahul take over as President but make Sachin Pilot be the Working President with free room to call the shots. Alternatively, to accomodate old guard let Ashok Gehlot be the WP, and Pilot take over as CM, Rajasthan.
Deora, Jatin Prasad … shud be given important rolls, why not Baghel as well.
Paper tigers like Anand Sharma, Sibal etc shud stay away.
But for survival Nehru- Gandhi scion must head the party else it will disintegrate.

Smt Sonia Gandhi’s public conduct has always been impeccable. During a decade of absolute power, she said / did nothing to undermine the PM’s aura, although everyone knew where the buck stopped. If there is one thing RG should have learnt from his mother, it would be a strong work ethic.
