Already there are approximately 26 million cases which are still pending in courts in India for past several years. Now that by banning Triple Talaq and by bringing in the UCC, the supreme Court and the Central Govt of India will be even making matters worse. It will be more burdensome for the courts to settle the cases in a time bound manner and many women & men will be waiting for court cases to be resolved while their money is wasted, sandals and slipplers are worn out, finally their cases will be still pending till they near to the grave. Instead Govt should call all the Muslim community across India in finding a solution to grant justice to Muslim women in a fair and just manner. My suggestion to the Govt would be to appoint Judges within the MPLB to solve the cases of marriage and Divorce, such that the Triple Talaq would not be abused and misused by Muslim men who are seeking for divorce.
