He was a bully, but his bullying tactics produced some good results for the Election Commission. Vinod Rai is a beggar who wanted to be a millionaire. He achieved his goal by simply lying to the world that he was a millionaire. He deliberately lied to be called a great man. His lie was caught but he has no shame in enjoying the fringe benefits that came from his great lie. BCCI job is one such fringe benefit.
