Before social media, depiction of violence on news was the exception—graphic visuals were either not shown on TV or in newspapers or the images were blurred. This is no longer the case.
Neither state govts nor companies earn large profits from lotteries. However, a look at the system shows there’s ample evidence of murky dealings and financial irregularities.
The ‘idea’ Kejriwal's politics grew around was a no-holds-barred fight against corruption. That is the reason Modi govt has now tarred him and his entire party with the same paint.
It is the paranoid pakistan who is brewing all this trouble. A situation is created where pakistanis are the key player in this free for all, & pakistan is enjoying it thoroughly & smirking at India behind the mask of innocence. A circumstance is created where Pakistan is in a position to be one up against India, & they are loving it.India should remain in the sidelines, & wait for how things work out, patiently.
We must show a face that we are nonchalant .

I am not too sure if India being involved in talks will benefit India. Just to be on the high table one does not have to act without understanding the situation. Talks with Taliban today is by countries who have been defeated & want a face saving to get out. It is a surrender talks. Are we in that position? These talks sure are not going to bring peace. It will install a Taliban Govt, a Pak proxy. Do we want a role in such talks? There are far too many players in the peace effort some without even understanding the implications. Why do we want to be a part of that effort? Let us watch the situation. Based on how the situation develops we can take things forward. No need to feel left out or to rush into action.
For a conference of this nature – where the United States / NATO are, understandably, at the end of their tether – what each participant brings to the table is important. India has contributed about $ 3 billion in development assistance to Afghanistan since 2001. Building libraries, as President Trump put it. For the rest, we carry a strong anti Pakistan sentiment to all global fora. While admitting India to the SCO, it was made absolutely clear by China and Russia that bilateral disputes should not be brought to or aired in this forum. India’s exclusion from the concluding negotiations over Afghanistan is unsurprising, however painful it might appear.
