Good Gurpreet ji..
Unfortunately, we do not think Mr. Aulja seems to think it is worthy enough to respond to questions or at least try to use them as feedback.
Thank you Major Singh Ji. I firmly believe that the thoughts on socio-political issues should be expressed, opinions should be voiced and questions should be asked. Even if they don’t respond, such questions will certainly change their perception of a common citizens. I don’t think any of us, you or me or anyone, are unreasonably critical of our politicians or of Mr. Aujla for that reason. We want them to engage with us and work with us.
I am very fortunate to live In india, But People of India sorrounding us are very good human beings. But Unfortunately these Politicians and sarkari babu’s are hell for our society. I request to all leader kindly don’t think only for yourself. Think about my type of well educated ( MBA, HR) Unemployed person.
My request to all Political person, Please don’t give anything Free to public, only Generate Employment opportunities, So youth can work and earn money. It reduced the crime rate in Amritsar or all over India(Snaching problem, robbery problem, Intentionally fighting, Rape,Bribe,).
India is Golden Sparrow, Don’t Ruined it
So
My dear friend, please stop requesting and start demanding, evaluating their performance and questioning their every move. We should certainly acknowledge and appreciate the good work. However, we should stand united as public, criticize their irrational, polarizing and self serving motives. Though the British colonial era has ended a long back it is sad that we are still continuing to request for the things that are rightfully ours.
Mr Gurpreet singh you are enlightened citizen. Thank you for asking tough questions to Aujla.
Dear Mr. Aujla,
Thank you for representing (in fact not representing) Amritsar in the parliament for the last four years. You have had a great opportunity to make an impact however it seems that you have been mostly lazy/ignorant and did not even attempt to learn the grassroots level problems in Amritsar. I believe Amritsar people deserve a few explanations from you as listed below.
1. It seems from your report card that you have been mostly quite in the parliament (you asked 31 questions only during your tenure).
2. There was no private member bill by you. Do you think there is no such issue in Amritsar/Punjab that needs National attention?
3. Why your MPLADS expenditure is so low below the state average? Couldn’t you find any avenues in Amritsar where some developmental work can be done?
4. Where do you stand on social justice issues? Seeing the countless number of disgraceful social atrocities that happened during the last five years under the BJP governance, it is appalling to see that you were keeping mum on any social justice issues in the parliament. You were the voice of Amritsar to let them know where we stand on those issues. But sadly, you were mute!!
I see that your education level is quite low. However so are many in the parliament, so, it can not be held against you. I am not your political rival. I am a common citizen, strictly against any polarizing ideology and social unjustice, and with all sincerity, I advise you to learn about constituency you represent/intend to represent. Read a lot and travel a lot in your constituency, know your people and all that not while sitting in an ac car hiding behind Chamchas. Know thereal problems, facts, numbers and the real statistics of your constituency.
Next time you/or your party candidate come to us for vote, please do your home-work. I would like you tell me the five major areas where Amritsar needs improvement today and just not for the sake of saying. you will have to convince us with the real statistics based data. Then how will you address those issues if you get a chance to represent us as ruling MP or as an MP in the opposition? Please be specific while describing the execution strategy. Please don’t try to charm us by using words like NRI Bhai, Guru Ki Nagri etc.
India is awake, so it is high time that you also wake up.
Thanks for asking tough questions to Mr Aujla. Amritsar has always had very inefficient Mps.
Thanks, Arun. I think it is high time that we all start asking these questions to every single candidate who comes to us for vote. It’s unfortunate that they are still able to mislead many of our people based on religion, caste and so-called nationalism. It should end now.
Good Gurpreet ji..
