In today’s featured cartoon, R. Prasad alludes to the plight of Indian students stranded on the borders of war-torn Ukraine, in temperatures as low as minus 2 degrees Celsius, and also takes a dig at Ukrainian deputy chief prosecutor David Sakvarelidze’s comment about “European people with blue eyes and blonde hair being killed every day”, which sparked a row over racism in media coverage of the war.
