In today’s featured cartoon, Alok Nirantar has a witty take on calls for a boycott of Aamir Khan starrer ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ by groups who claim to have taken offence to remarks the actor made in 2015. Similar calls were made for a boycott of Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Raksha Bandhan‘ by Twitter users who took offence to old tweets by the movie’s writer in support of the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) protests.
