Jaipur, Jul 17 (PTI) Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday said a strong message has gone out to the world that no should betray the citizens of India, its border and its defence forces. Those that do will have to face the consequences, the minister said.

Referring to Operation Sindoor carried out to destroy terrorist camps in Pakistan after the Pahalgam terrorist attack, Shah said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has done the biggest job of securing the country. During Congress rule, the country was plagued by terrorist attacks almost every day.

Shah, who is also minister for cooperation, was here to attend an event organised on the occasion of International Cooperatives Year-2025.

The next 100 years are of cooperatives, he said. An independent ministry has been established at the Centre with the aim of taking cooperatives to every village, every poor, every farmer, the minister said. PTI AG SDA MIN MIN
