London [UK], February 2 (ANI): Amazon Prime has secured the rights to produce a feature-length documentary that will offer an intimate look into the life and philosophy of King Charles.

According to Deadline, filming for the project has already begun, with production starting last month in Scotland.

The documentary will provide exclusive behind-the-scenes access to the British monarch, who is keen to share his message with the world.

The film will be centred around the principles outlined in King Charles’s 2010 book ‘Harmony: A New Way of Looking at Our World’, where he explores the interconnectedness of nature, society, and the environment, as per Deadline.

The documentary will focus on King Charles’s vision for a better world, which includes reshaping how people view the planet and their role in protecting it.

A source close to the production revealed that the documentary will be more personal and revealing than any previous projects involving King Charles

“Filming has started for the Amazon production, and the crew has had some time with the King. More than any other documentary he has done before, the aim seems to be to tell the world what the King stands for and what he is all about,” Deadline reported citing sources.

Several platforms were reportedly in the running for the project before Amazon was granted royal approval.

This is not the first time a documentary from the royal members will be streamed; King Charles’s son, Prince Harry, and his wife, Meghan Markle, signed a multimillion-dollar deal with Netflix in 2020.

As per Deadline, their documentary series, which chronicled their personal lives, became a massive hit when it debuted in late 2022.

Meghan Markle’s lifestyle show, ‘With Love, Meghan’, was delayed due to the devastating fires in Los Angeles but is now set to premiere on March 4, 2025. (ANI)
