Calling it a "frontal attack on the independence of the judiciary", the Supreme Court Thursday rejected all suspicion into the circumstances surrounding judge Loya's death.
Judge Loya died on 1 December 2014 while attending a wedding with fellow judges in Nagpur. At the time, he was the special judge in the trial for the alleged fake encounter of Sohrabuddin Shiekh.
