SDF has three funding windows i.e. Social, Economic and Infrastructure Window.
The Social Window focuses on funding projects on poverty alleviation, improving health and education, and so on. Economic Window funds non-infrastructural projects related to trade and industry development, agriculture and so on. Infrastructural Window funds projects in areas such as energy, power, transportation, etc.
Currently, SDF is implementing 90 projects in all SAARC Member States under its Social, Economic and Infrastructure funding windows with a total fund commitment/allocation of USD 198.24 million. 48 projects (in 7 areas) have been successfully completed to benefit thousands of people in SAARC Member States.

$10 million is ₹70 crores. Where is that money going to go in the SAARC orbit? Indian companies are carrying out their own R&D and themselves funding it. Where will the research be conducted under the SAARC aegis where Narendra Modi is going to send this 70 crores? The truth of the matter is, this gentleman loves to hear his own voice, so how could he let go of an opportunity to organize a giant video conference just hear his own two penny wise talk ! How many many many crores we the poor will have to pay for this one man’s insatiable ego?

India being the largest, and the strongest economically, has a duty for the people in the region and hence India has to make some monetary promise which he did.

I don’t care if he has a Swiss account or a Suchi account, but wasn’t Mr Modi instrumental in getting 30000 crore worth of contracts for Anil Ambani’s group, wasn’t that a loot of the country’s money, and isn’t it a fact that HAL is back in the picture for 114 jets? Muslims can’t be oppressed in Muslim countries. If they feel that they are, they should try to change their countries and not come to crowd out non-Muslim countries.
The ideology of I slam is responsible for the misery of Muslim countries and because I slam has the tag of being a “religion”, no “human-rights protecting nation”, unlike China, can do anything to prevent the spread of radicalism within its borders due to Muslim “refugees” who are actually not “refugees” but “economic migrants”.
The best thing therefore is to keep them away or do a South Korea like “ideology test”, used for refugees from North Korea before allowing them in. And before that can be done, we need locked borders with Bangladesh, NRC and NPR to distinguish real citizens from fake ones.
Religion should be treated as an ideology not as an ethnicity.
“Muslims can’t be oppressed in Muslim countries.” You say this. Aren’t Hindus oppressed in India? Are there no Hindus in the photos put up by Adityanath? If Modi-Shah are using Hinduism to traumatize innocent humans, then is Hinduism bad? If some Muslim who has power turns barbaric, is his religion responsible for his acts? Hitler was a Christian, is Christianity bad?
