Shiv Visvanathan is Professor at Jindal Global Law School and Director at the Centre for the Study of Knowledge Systems, O.P Jindal Global University, Sonipat and Adjunct Professor at Raman Research Institute, Bangalore. He is the author of Theatres of Democracy, A Carnival for Science, Organizing for Science, and has co-edited Foulplay: Chronicles of Corruption. He graduated in Sociology from Delhi School of Economics and holds a PhD in Sociology from Delhi University.
