Bar Council is not consistent in their suggestions. Why did they not give such advice to Justice AK Goel, who I think took up a govt job (Green Tribunal?) the very next day after retiring from the Supreme Court.
Anyway, best wishes to CJI Dipak Misra in whatever he decides to do.
A quiet fading away into the sunset would be very graceful, especially in the present case.

May I PointOut That For The First Time In My Life, I Have Seen Open Criticism Of Judiciary By The Common On Social Media. The Ruling Party Leaders Too Show Disrespect To The Courts Off And On. So The Advice Of Bar&Bench Is Timely.
