News of Indian and Chinese troops beginning to step back on LAC is reassuring. New Delhi’s smart and under-the-radar diplomacy has managed to avert a bigger crisis for now. However, this should not lull India into complacency because it is evident that China can’t be trusted. Galwan clearly underlined that.

  1. From past experiences, believing in China will be foolhardy. China’s expansionist plans are too deep. It wants to engulf India, frightening it to no objection on China taking over Nepal, Bhutan and even Pakistan; the last being badly under unpayable debt. It wants to make CPEC secure thereby has an interest in North Ladakh there it wants to dominate or even a usurp. India has to be continuously vigilant and analyse the moves of Chinese with the help of international intelligence agencies since they know more about us and our adversary than we know as the recent statements of our leaders show.

  2. Yes, The rogue nation China should not be trusted. Instead of behaving responsebly, they are talking to terrorists to foment trouble. It is time Tibet Taiwan Hongkong Baluchistan and Gilgit Baltistan are recognised as independent states India take back POK. That will solve many issues.

  3. It is beginning to look as if the two sides will be able to avoid going to war. Other issues can be patiently negotiated.

  4. This is the precise edit for first time in history of the print.

Dragon has palm and 5 finger policy which it still is pursuing.

In couple of months be ready to see dragon forces in Nepal and Bhutan.

In 20th century Bhutan had to decide between dragon and India and with history as a witness she chose wisely.

Bhutan is in danger of getting usurped in couple of months and no one can do anything about it.

In 21st century she has to make existential choice be usurped completely like Tibet.

The other option though difficult is the right one. Merge with Bharat as one of the state.

Bharat cannot protect Bhutan as a protectorate but with bharat border it can defend until the hilt.

Secondly the values, society, culture will add to Bharatiya fabric and will survive just like Jews and parsis survived.

Otherwise it will meet the same fate as Tibet and Bhutanese people including politicians and monarchs will run for the exiles and make bharat home anyway, lose their hone forever.

It’s high time the advise Bhutan took in 20th century they go one step further in 21st century and become part of bharat.
