Politicisation of Covid vaccine is unfortunate. The row over Bihar BJP’s manifesto promise of free Covid vaccination is misplaced. It shows the party’s desperation in a closely contested election but it’s not making the promise on the Centre’s behalf. Any state government is within its rights to announce free vaccination.
