Even today, Russia sells India missile and nuclear technologies the West won’t share. India can’t stop shopping in Moscow as long as Western stores bar admission.

With its opacity and inherent distrust among members, the system is caught in a trap of its own making. It’s time judges realise what they want the world to believe – that sunlight is the best disinfectant.
