The Supreme Court ordering a CBI probe into the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput is unnecessary. Maharashtra police has done a competent job in the investigation so far. The clamour for the CBI had more to do with murky politics and the upcoming Bihar elections than the case itself.

I don’t agree with the title of this article. Is there a photo available of late Sushant Singh WHILE his body was still hanging, BEFORE it was brought down? I don’t say that it should be displayed to the media, but does the police itself have it for their study and analysis? Such a photo should be able to reveal if he died by hanging, or was hung up after death. I guess something gruesome happens to the tongue and eyes in genuine hanging. I am no sleuth myself, but I have read somewhere that the man’s semen NECESSARILY ejaculates if it is a genuine hanging. A checking of his pants should have revealed it.
People who think that SSR case has anything to do with Bihar’s elections and think Biharis will be swayed or most even care are not just ignorant but delusional. Biharis are some of the smartest people around. They have seen so much politics , they will never be fooled by such a shoddy side show..
What murky politics and Bihar elections ? Have the courage to admit that the Maha Vikas Aghadi is trying to save someone in their own party who is seemingly involved directly or indirectly. Whenever any party other than BJP is involved in such serious crime Shekhar Gupta’s organization generalises it. And now linking it with Bihar elections ? Ha e some shame. Even after 60 days Mumbai police did not file FIR,, made all attempts to both investigation, destroy evidence and you dare to generalise it. Shame on you.
I ask you how would you write such beautiful word if it’s your family who would face such situation and cramp. What would be your editorial statement to it. It’s a democratic country please dont mislead with wrong forecast and divert. Think from your own point of you the answere will be in your nerves. Awake.
It is remarkable that the honourable SC invoked its omnibus powers under Article 142 to order a CBI investigation into this matter. Five minor girls have been violated with the utmost brutality in the last three days in UP, which should shake public confidence in law enforcement more than the – apparent – suicide of a celebrity actor. His family is too influential amid well connected for the truth to be obscured by a shoddy, politically directed police investigation. The national media too is relentlessly following developments. 2. It needs now to be said with candour. Verdicts are coming forth in consonance with the wishes and interests of the executive.
